Representing the views of our community

COMMUNITY COUNCIL

The Community Council is an elected body representing the views of our community. In practice, this involves discussing issues with people in our community to clarify their views and gauge the strength of their feelings on different topics. We encourage people to bring issues to us.

Multi location/hybrid meetings are held at 7pm on the second Tuesday of each month at public venues around the community and via Zoom.

Members of the public are welcome to attend these meetings, in person or remotely. Agenda for meetings provide the details about this.  Members of the public are also able to speak at these meetings about an agenda item and should contact the Clerk or Chair of Council ahead of the meeting to seek guidance on the process.
